【摘要】 目的:探讨骨通贴膏治疗冻结肩的临床疗效。方法:收集2010年5月至2014年12月在浙江省人民医院门诊治疗的冻结肩患者共260例,其中使用骨通贴膏治疗110例,接受玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗共150例。比较两组疼痛症状和运动功能的综合评分的差异。结果:骨通贴膏治疗组评优和良者分别为90例和9例,优良率为90.0%;玻璃酸钠组综合评分为优者共116例,良为22例,优良率为92.0%;两组优良率比较差异没有统计学意义(χ2=0.315,P=0.575)。结论:骨通贴膏治疗冻结肩临床疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Gutong plaster in the treatment for frozen shoulder. Methods:A total of 260 patients with frozen shoulder diagnosed from May, 2010 to December, 2014 were divided into two groups:Gutong plaster treatment group(110 cases)and sodium hyaluronate treatment group(150 cases). Comprehensive score of pain symptoms and motor function were observed and compared. Results:In Gutong plaster treatment group, patients with excellent and good were 90 cases and 9 cases respectively, while in sodium hyaluronate treatment group they were 116 cases and 22 cases. The rate of excellent and good were 90.0% and 92.0% respectively, with no significant difference(χ2=0.315, P=0.575). Conclusion:Gutong plaster has good clinical effect in the treatment for frozen shoulder, and it is worthy of promotion.更多还原
