【摘要】 目的:探讨内窥镜下行乙状窦后径路手术治疗三叉神经痛(TN)的临床疗效。方法:选取31例原发性TN患者作为研究对象,均在内窥镜下行乙状窦后径路三叉神经部分切断术,观察手术疗效。结果:术后有20例(64.52%)面部感觉功能减退。术后1周的三叉神经各支支配区域的面部感觉功能评分均较术前明显降低,P<0.05。手术治愈29例、好转1例、无效1例,总有效率为96.77%。结论:在内窥镜下行乙状窦后径路手术治疗TN能有效改善临床症状,且神经损伤小,术后并发症发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of trigeminal pathway downstream after endoscopic sigmoid sinus.Methods:31 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia patients as research subjects, both in the endoscopic sigmoid sinus pathways downstream portion of the trigeminal nerve transection, observe surgery.Results:Postoperative 20 cases(64.52%) facial sensory dysfunction. One week after the facial trigeminal nerve branch dominated region feeling each function scores compared with before surgery significantly reduced, P<0.05. Surgery cured 29 cases, improved in 1 case, 1 case; the total effective rate was 96.77%.Conclusion:After endoscopic sinus pathways downstream sigmoid surgical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia can improve clinical symptoms, and small nerve injury, postoperative complication rate.更多还原
