【摘要】 目的:考察复方电解质注射液与22种常用药物的配伍稳定性,以期为临床用药提供参考。方法:模拟临床常用浓度和配制方法,测定22种常用药物与复方电解质注射液配伍6h内含量、有关物质、p H值及不溶性微粒数,并观察外观性状。结果:前列地尔注射液与复方电解质注射液配伍,含量4h降低了10%;维生素C、吉他西滨、多西他赛、门冬氨酸鸟氨酸4h以后出现微粒增多现象,其余药物配伍后,在6h内,外观无明显改变,含量、有关物质及不溶性微粒均符合要求。结论:复方电解质注射液与前列地尔、维生素C、吉西他滨、多西他赛、门冬氨酸鸟氨酸注射液配伍,应临用新配并尽快用完,其余药物配伍后,6h内稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the compatible stability of 22 drugs for injection in multiple electrolytes injection.Methods:22 drugs for injection was added into multiple electrolytes injection simulating clinical medication.The appearance of the mixed solution were observed,and the p H values and insoluble particles were determined at 0,2,4,6 h after the addition.At the same time,the content and related substances of the drugs were determined by HPLC.Results:Lprostadil,vitamine C,gemcitabine,docetaxel,ornithine aspartate for injection should be used as soon as possible after added into multiple electrolytes injection,other 17 drugs were stable for 6 h after being mixed with multiple electrolytes injection.Conclusion:Multiple electrolytes injection,vitamine C,gemcitabine, docetaxel, ornithine aspartate for injection were added into multiple electrolytes injection simulating clinical medication,should be finished as soon as possible,after other herbs were stable of 6h.更多还原
