【摘要】 目的:观察神经生长因子(NGF)对周围神经损伤的近期治疗效果。方法:将45例周围神经损伤患者随机分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(21例),对治疗组患者进行肌肉注射NGF治疗4周。1个月后对患者疼痛、麻木症状的改善情况、患肢肌力恢复情况进行对比研究分析。结果:两组病例均获随访,两组患者的疼痛症状改善情况无明显不同;但麻木症状改善与肌力恢复情况,治疗组明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经生长因子(NGF)在周围神经损伤早期对神经恢复有有效的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of nerve growth factor(NGF) on the early treatment of peripheral nerve injuries.Methods:45 cases with peripheral nerve injury were randomly divided into therapeutic group in which cases were treated by intramuscular injection for 4 weeks and control group.After 1 month,the changes in pain,anesthesia and myodynamia were compared between the peripheral group and the control group.Results:All of the 45 cases were followed-up.The effects of pain relief of the two groups were similar,while the therapeutic group was more outstanding in numb ease and muscle strength improve.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:NGF is effective for early recovery of peripheral nerve injuries.更多还原
