工作变形分析在电机振动处理中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了工作变形分析的特点、原理和分析步骤。在修理YB630-2防爆型电动机时,在拆检和进行低速平衡后仍未能解决振动问题的情况下,应用工作变形分析,得到了定子工作状态下的主要表现频率,发现机座刚度不足的问题,最终通过加强机座使振动达到理想水平。

【Abstract】 The feature, pinciple and procedure of the operational deflection analysis were introduced. In case that the problem failing to be solved after disassembling and low-speed balancing was done during repairing YB630-2 explosion-proof motor, the operational def lection shape analysis was employed to achieve the main characterization frequency of the stator under operation and related vibration mode. It was found that the rigidity of motor frame was not enough, finally, the vibration reached an ideal lever through strengthening the frame.
