大型薄壁构件激光焊接随焊压紧和焦点自动跟踪技术研究

【摘要】 为满足大型薄壁构件搭接焊接工艺对搭接间隙和焦点位置的要求,研制了一种具有随焊压紧和焦点自动跟踪功能的焊接技术及装置。通过电容传感器实时检测参考面的位置,结合信号处理系统及机床系统Z轴的补偿运动,完成对工件压紧力和焦点位置的闭环控制,实现了焊接过程中对薄壁构件的随焊压紧和焦点自动跟踪,避免了由于焊接变形和工件轮廓加工误差对焊接质量的影响。采用研制的焊接装置进行了焊接试验,达到了预期功能。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirement of large thin wall component laser welding process of overlapping for gap and laser focus position,a laser welding technique and device with welding press and focus auto tracking was developed. Real time detecting the position of reference face with the capacitive sensor,combine with the signal handling equipment and compensating motion of Z axis,realizing the closed-loop controlling on the pressing force on the work-piece and the laser focus position,reach the aim that laser welding the large thin wall component with welding press and focus auto tracking,avoiding the influence of workpiece welding deformation and the error of workpiece contour machining on the welding quality. Finally,the developed device is applied to laser welding test,and the desired function is achieved.
