WC涂层球面电火花机械磨削复合加工技术研究

【摘要】 为保证耐磨球阀在恶劣的工作环境中具有较长的寿命,其内芯球体表面通常会喷涂合金材料,从而使其具有耐高温、耐高压、耐磨损等特性,也因此导致采用传统机械磨削方式对其加工时效率低下。针对该问题,提出了电火花机械磨削复合加工方法,阐述了其加工机理。通过实验分析了电火花机械磨削复合加工过程的工艺参数与加工效果之间的关系,结果表明:峰值电流、电压、脉冲宽度等参数对复合加工过程的工艺结果具有较明显的影响。

【Abstract】 In order to ensure a long life of the wear resistance valve which work in harsh environments,the surface of the inner core sphere usually sprayed coating material with high hardness,then it has popertities such as high temperature resistance,high hardness,high wear resistance and so on,so when use traditional way it’s hard to machining and also achieve low efficiency. This paper reports a hybrid method,i.e combining electrical discharge and mechanical grinding,and clarifies its machining mechinism. Aditionally,the relation between the technological parameter and the machining effects of the combined machining method were studied. The experiment results show that parameter of peak current,peak voltage and pulse width affect the machining effects distinctly.
