连杆应力槽电火花线切割加工的恒切深控制

【摘要】 连杆裂解技术中,连杆大头孔应力槽深度的一致性对裂解质量而言至关重要。通过研究设计出一种用于电火花线切割机床加工连杆的机构,采用电压电流检测电路判断电极丝初次碰到工件的位置,并结合单片机计数功能保证连杆应力槽深度的一致性,且槽深不受连杆毛坯内孔尺寸、电极丝与连杆初始位置变化的影响。此外,添加快速辅助进给功能,加快空行程运行速度。实验证明该方法提高了连杆裂解加工的质量和效率。

【Abstract】 On the technology of fracture splitting connecting rod,the consistency of each stress groove on crank bore is vital to processing quality. A mechanism processing connecting rod using wire electrical-discharge machining(WEDM) is designed. Where the electrode wire touches the work piece first time,the location is judged by voltage and current detection circuits. Then,the consistency of stress grooves is guaranteed by the counting function of microcontroller. With this method,the size of crank bore and the initial location of electrode wire and connecting rod have no effect on the groove depth. Besides,the rapid feed auxiliary function is added to speed up the empty running. Experiments proved that this technique improve the quality and efficiency machining.
