X70管线钢的瞬时液相扩散焊接头组织和力学性能
Microstructure and mechanical properties of X70 pipeline steel in the transient liquid phase diffusion bonding
【摘要】 对X70管线钢进行瞬时液相扩散焊接,采用热电偶测温,氩气作为保护气,铁镍非晶体箔片作为中间层,在焊接压力3 MPa、双温焊接工艺条件下,分析不同保温温度和保温时间对焊缝接头金相组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,高温1 210℃~1 230℃,保温1 180℃~1 200℃,保温时间4~8 min条件下,焊缝抗拉强度均强于母材。通过观察焊缝分析和拉伸断口形貌,保温温度和保温时间对中间层元素扩散效果影响很大。
【Abstract】 Through the study of the transient liquid phase diffusion bonding of X70 pipeline steel with thermocouple thermometry,argon as shielding gas,amorphous iron nickel foil as an intermediary,welding stress in 3 MPa and two-step temperature welding process,the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint at different holding temperature and time,were analyzed.The weld strength are stronger than the parent metal with 1 210 ℃~1 230 ℃ high temperature,1 180 ℃~1200 ℃ holding temperature and4~8 min holding time.Through the morphology observation on tensile fracture,the heat preservation temperature and holding time have a great influence on the middle layer element diffusion.
