大型LNG船围护系统低温金属材料焊接技术现状及发展
Status and development of welding technology of low temperature metal material used in large LNG ship envelope system
【摘要】 介绍了大型LNG船围护系统常用低温金属材料的性能特点和发展趋势,分析了9%Ni钢和5083铝合金的常用焊接技术和应用现状,研究了高功率激光焊、激光-MIG复合焊、交流方波埋弧焊和窄间隙弧焊等先进焊接方法在该领域的发展前景。
【Abstract】 For liquid container of large-scale LNG ship,the performance feature and development tendency of common cryogenic metallic materials were introduced. The current welding technologies and application conditions of 9% Ni steel and aluminum alloy5083 were analyzed. The development potential of some advanced welding techniques in this field,including high power laser welding,laser-MIG hybrid welding,AC square wave SAW,and narrow gap MIG welding,was investigated.
