碳纤维管状复合材料整体拉伸强度测试方法优化
Optimal Testing Methods of Overall Tensile Strength for Tubular Carbon Fiber Composite Materials
【摘要】 针对目前碳纤维管状复合材料测试方法单一、整体拉伸测试方法存在不足的现状,提出一种新的碳纤维管状复合材料试样处理方法,优化改进整体拉伸强度测试方法,设计制备了试样处理模具和整体拉伸专用夹具,并通过试验验证了新测试方法的优越性,从而解决了管状复合材料整体拉伸测试中夹持困难、失败率高、耗时长的问题.
【Abstract】 Aiming at the tubular carbon fiber composite materials with single test method and the deficiencies in overall tensile test method,a new processing method to tubular carbon fiber composite sample is proposed,overall tensile strength test methods are optimized,the mould and fixtures are designed and prepared.By real tests,the usefulness and reliability of the mould and fixtures are confirmed,and this will make it more easier,reliable and time saving when testing the overall tensile strength of tubular composite materials.
