基于改进脉冲注入开关磁阻电机无位置传感器技术

【摘要】 针对12/8极分块转子开关磁阻电机无位置传感器运行,提出一种改进的脉冲注入方法。与传统的脉冲注入方法在电机低速运行时对三相绕组的非导通区间均注入电压脉冲不同,该文提出的改进的脉冲注入方法仅对电机一相绕组的非导通区间注入电压脉冲。针对分块转子电机在非导通相注入高频脉冲信号后因响应电流较小导致采用脉冲注入方法效果变差的缺点,采取在非导通区间注入宽度逐渐增大的电压脉冲,通过响应电流峰值与阈值的比较进行转子位置估计的方法。在电机转速升高时结合电流梯度法扩大其适用范围。最后通过实验验证了所提出方法的正确性和实用性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, an improved impressed diagnostic pulse-voltage method to estimate the rotor position of 12 /8 switched reluctance motor( SRM) with segmental rotors is presented. Instead of injecting the impressed voltage pulse into every phase in the conventional approach, the proposed method only injects the pulse into one inactive phase. Because the inductance of the SRM does not vary obviously,the noise in the small characteristic current signal may cause failure of the sensorless method. The new sensorless method is to inject a pulse diagnostic signal with increasing width into the inactive phases. Thereafter,the increased variations of the characteristic current are compared with some appropriate thresholds to estimate rotor position. Finally, the improved impressed diagnostic pulse-voltage method combined with the current gradient sensorless method( CGSM) is proposed to reduce the error of voltage pulse injection method at high speeds. The experiment results demonstrate the feasibility and the practicality of the proposed method.
