三电平SHEPWM与SVPWM混合控制策略及其矢量平滑切换方法的研究
Hybrid Method of Three-Level SHEPWM and SVPWM and its Vector Smooth-Switching
【摘要】 本文提出了一种有源中点箝位(ANPC)三电平变换器的SHEPWM与SVPWM混合控制策略。充分利用两种控制策略的优点,在低频时采用SVPWM控制策略,获得较高的直流电压利用率,减小电流纹波;在中高频时采用SHEPWM控制策略消除特定的低次谐波。同时本文在研究了SHEPWM与SVPWM之间的联系以及对三电平变换器的影响的基础上,提出了一种可以实现在三电平SHEPWM与SVPWM两种控制方法之间,任意时刻平滑切换的方法。最后通过仿真与实验研究,验证了算法的正确性和有效性。
【Abstract】 Three-Level converter can solve the problem of voltage stress, and improve the output waveform quality. This paper proposed a novel hybrid method of SHEPWM and SVPWM applied to three-level ANPC converter, combining the advantage of SVPWM(worked under low frequency) and SHEPWM(worked under high frequency). This method avoid the too much low frequency and large required memory of low frequency SHEPWM, and the poor harmonic characteristic of high frequency SVPWM, which provide a good waveform in the whole working frequency range. Under the research of the essence relation between SVPWM and SHEPWM and the influence this two method bring to three-level ANPC converter, the novel hybrid method proposed in this paper realize the smoothswitching between SHEPWM and SVPWM at any time, which puzzles the normal hybrid method.
