混合电动汽车多电平车载变换器的研究

【摘要】 以车载电源为动力的混合动力汽车已受到越来越多的关注。针对现有车载功率变换器存在的问题:电池单体动态均压、功率密度、使用寿命与安全性等,本文提出一种由级联H桥单元、矩阵变换器与中频变压器组合的交直流混合多电平变换器。该拓扑可实现交、直流两种输入模式的独立控制,兼顾电池供电和发电机供电,兼容Plug-in模式。采用中频变压器和矩阵变换器减小了系统的体积与重量,实现高功率密度运行,并使系统具备四象限运行能力。由于拓扑中不存在大规模电池组并联,可有效地提高电池组的使用寿命、可靠性和电能利用率。仿真和实验均验证了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。

【Abstract】 Hybrid electric vehicles(HEV) which drove by car inverter has been paid more attention. This paper propose an AC/DC hybrid multilevel converter that is composed of cascaded H-bridge, matrix converter and medium frequency transformer due to the existing converters have the problems as: dynamic voltage-sharing of each battery module, power density, service life, safety and so on. The proposed topology can achieve independent control of AC/DC input mode and be compatible with battery and generator power supply and Plug-in mode. The use of medium frequency transformer and matrix converter decrease the weight and volume of the system, thus achieve the operation in 4-quadrant with high power density. Without large-scale series of battery groups, the proposed extend the service life of the battery, improve the reliability and power utilization. The validity of the proposed method has been verified by simulation and experiments.
