综合护理干预对提高老年痴呆患者认知水平和生活质量的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预对提高老年痴呆患者认知水平和生活质量的影响。方法以神经内科收治的56例老年痴呆患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各28例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理干预,2组患者干预时间为6个月。干预前和干预后6个月应用量表对2组患者活动及认知水平进行评价。结果护理6个月后,研究组的MMSE(16.26±2.85)、ADL(69.04±3.78)、智力水平(6.04±1.25)、语言能力(4.67±2.89)、记忆能力(2.96±3.47)评分均高于对照组MMSE(14.88±1.94)、ADL(63.07±3.59)、智力水平(4.92±2.08)、语言能力(3.23±2.04)、记忆能力(1.58±2.32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于老年痴呆患者效果确切,可延缓疾病的进展,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the cognitive level quality of life of the discharged elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease. Methods 56 elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease treated were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Cognitive levels and quality of life were compared after six months between the two groups. Results After six months of nursing,in the treated group, MMSE,ADL,intellectual,language,memory level scores were(16.26±2.85),(69.04±3.78),(6.04±1.25),(4.67±2.89)and(2.96±3.47), higher than that of the control group(14.88±1.94),(63.07±3.59),(4.92±2.08),(3.23±2.04)and(1.58±2.32),the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has exact effect in application of elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease, which can delay the progression of the disease and improve the quality of life.更多还原
