【摘要】 头孢曲松钠是第三代头孢类抗生素,对大多数革兰阳性菌和阴性菌都有强大的抗菌活性。因其安全性高、不良反应少、抗菌谱广、半衰期长的优点在临床上得到广泛应用,但其可能引发尿路结石。近年来,注射使用头孢曲松钠引起不良反应的相关临床报道屡见不鲜,已引起人们的广泛重视,但对其产生机制、诊断、预防及治疗的相关研究仍不十分明确。本文对头孢曲松钠引起尿路结石的研究进展进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ceftriaxone is a third generation cephalosporin antibiotic, for the majority of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria have strong antibacterial activity.It’s safe, with few side effects, broad antibacterial spectrum, long half-life benefits are widely used in clinical practice, but it may lead to urinary tract stones.In recent years, caused by injections of ceftriaxone-related adverse reactions reported in clinical common, it has attracted widespread attention, but the mechanism of its related research diagnosis, prevention and treatment is still not very clear.Progress of urinary tract stones cause paper ceftriaxone were reviewed.更多还原
