【Abstract】 Resource configuration possesses double meanings: a general meaning is combination of three elements of labor process, which is commonly shared by all social forms; a special meaning is combination of capital goods and labor force in different societies, which embodies particular social character. Total social labor is proportionally distributed in commodity society and is implemented via law of value, and each production department must produce commodities according to the amount of labor distributed to the department by total social labor, and make exchanges according to the market value of commodities.
