【摘要】 文章建立了高校教师信息采集的自动考核系统,实现了高校教师信息资源的高效利用,为高校的人力资源管理提供了决策依据。系统通过教师信息库的创建,完整地收录教师的相关信息,有序地记录高校教师的工作、科研、社会活动和个人成长历程,为上级部门的信息采集提供原始数据;实现了教师绩效考核的自动生成,并且允许考核标准的自由设定。系统能适应高校发展的需求,有效地提高高校人事管理水平,具有一定的研究与应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 An evaluation system for teachers in universities was developed based on the teacher’s information collection. In the system,teacher’s information database is built to record the teaching,scientific research and social activities of the teachers,which provides superior departments with original data.
