【摘要】 以"鹃城"丹东野生杜鹃花为材料,系统研究影响杜鹃花有性繁殖的生态因子。通过分析不同基质、不同种子处理、不同光照条件、不同播种时期对杜鹃花种子萌发和出苗率的影响,明确丹东地区杜鹃花种子繁殖的最佳条件。具体结果如下:杜鹃花播种前采用50~100 mg·L-1的赤霉素药剂处理,采用苔藓作为播种基质,全光照出苗率最高。播种期除淀川杜鹃以12月末出苗率高外,其他均以3月初出苗率最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ecological factor of seedling breeding of Rhododendron was studied with five species of wild Rhododendron in Dandong city as the materials. The influences of matrix,seed treatment,light condition,seedtime on the seed germination and emergence rate of Rhododendron were investigated. The results showed that best germination rate was gotten when the seed was treated with 50- 100 mg ·L- 1of GA before sowing and the seed was sowed in moss under full light. The germination rates of all species of wild Rhododendron were achieved when the seed was sowed in March except the species of Dianchuan Rhododendron.更多还原
