电网友好型家庭用电管理系统优化与控制的研究
Optimization and control research of the grid-friendly home energy management system
【摘要】 电网友好型智能家庭用电不仅要考虑居民需求,而且要满足电网的可靠稳定运行,把电网侧与用户侧紧密地联系在一起,营造一个协调的用电环境。通过分析构建一种用于优化家庭电器的智能用电管理系统,阐述了此系统的各部分组成以及对电网所起到的积极作用。以电网和储能电池为供电电源,以尽可能减少电费支出和对电网削峰填谷起到积极作用为目的,基于峰谷分时电价和用户用电特性建立实时的优化控制模型,并以上海居民为例进行计算分析,得到了比较满意的结果。
【Abstract】 Grid-friendly smart home power utilization should not only take residents’ needs into account,but also meet the power grid’s demand for reliable and stable operation so that the power side and the user side can be closely linked with each other to create a coherent electricity environment. Based on this analysis,this paper constructed an intelligent power management system for optimizing household appliances,and explained the various parts of the system and the positive part that they played in the grid. With the grid and batteries as the power supply,a real-time optimal control model,which was based on the peak-valley electricity price and users’ power utilization characteristics,was built in order to reduce the electricity costs and play an active role in peak load shifting. Calculation and analysis were made with Shanghai residents as the sample,and some satisfactory results were obtained.
