【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌患者临床疗效。方法以我院收治的50例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,按照手术方法的不同将其分为观察组30例与对照组20例;两组分别接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术与传统开腹手术治疗。术后对比分析两组患者的手术时间、住院时间等以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间等明显均低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;随访结果显示,两组患者肿瘤复发率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论传统开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的近期效果无明显差异,但是腹腔镜手术有创口小、手术时间短、术中出血量、术后恢复快、住院时间短、并发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer patients.Methods 50 cases of colorectal cancer in our hospital patients as the research object,according to the different method of operation will be divided into the observation group of 30 cases and control group 20 cases.Two groups were undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery and traditional open surgery.Comparative analysis of two groups of patients after operation time,length of hospital stay,and complications.Results The observation group operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,length of hospital stay were lower than control group obviously(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Follow-up,according to the results of two groups of patients with tumor recurrence rate compared with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The traditional open operation and the effect of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer has no obvious difference,but laparoscopic surgery has a small wound,shorter operation time,intraoperative blood loss,faster postoperative recovery,shorter hospitalization time and lower incidence of complications,worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
