聚碳酸酯对聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物结构和介电性能影响的研究

【摘要】 通过熔融共混法制备了聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物/聚碳酸酯[P(VDF-HFP)/PC]共混物,采用偏光显微镜(POM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)表征了共混物的晶体结构、结晶度和熔融行为。结果发现PC对P(VDF-HFP)的晶型基本没有影响,只是使其晶粒细化,结晶度和熔融温度降低。同时对共混物的介电性能进行研究发现,介电常数和损耗都有所下降,并且EMT模型对共混物介电常数的预测更接近实验值。

【Abstract】 The poly( vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) / polycarbonate [P( VDF-HFP) / PC] blends were prepared by melting method.The crystal structure,crystallinity and melting behaviors were studied by polarizing optical microscope( POM),X-ray diffractometer( XRD),infrared spectrum( FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry( DSC).The results showed that the addition of PC did not change the crystal structure of P( VDF-HFP),but the crystal size,the crystallinity and the melting temperature of P( VDF-HFP) decreased.Meanwhile,the study on the dielectric properties of the blends showed that the dielectric constant and loss also decreased,and the prediction of the EMT model was almost consistent with the experimental value.
