为研究玉米秸秆干燥特性以缩短干燥时间、减少能耗,设计玉米秸秆等温干燥试验,得到不同粒度、温度下等温干燥曲线;综合目前常用10种理论干燥动力学模型,运用Origin 8.0软件对干燥曲线拟合分析,建立玉米秸秆等温干燥含湿比和干燥时间动力学模型。试验研究表明,Midilli and Kucuk模型能更好描述玉米秸秆干燥动力学特性,分析玉米秸秆在各温度下达到安全含水率所需时间和能耗;随秸秆粒度增大干燥速度减小,将秸秆粉碎至10 mm有助于提高干燥速率,减少能耗;100℃以下,温度变化对玉米秸秆干燥速率影响较大,而在100~120℃,随温度升高,干燥时间缩短不显著,因此玉米秸秆最佳干燥温度为100℃左右。研究结果可为高效低成本玉米秸秆干燥装置研制及工艺优化提供理论支持。

According to isothermal drying experiments of maize straw, this paper got isothermal drying curves at different granularities and different temperatures.
