【Abstract】 The estrangement between the user and the archives, as well as the difficulties in searching archives,have affected the exploitation and utilization of the archives seriously, and have restricted the realization of the archival value. Based on the "activation"theory, two kinds of schemes are put forward to activate archives,one is to increase energy through deepening the contents of the file and richening text feature description, the second is to reduce the activation energy by using suitable catalyst and environmental factors, and also the implementation for the above two kinds of schemes is discussed in details.更多还原
