【摘要】 《错误的价值判定应该被纠正》一文提出"弱化档案鉴定"理念,以纠正错位的价值判定,保证档案的完整性。然而,该文在价值鉴定的"用词""边界""主体"等方面认识模糊;论证"弱化鉴定"的前提也不周延,论证视角从鉴定的质向量转换出现偏差;信息技术增强及资金投入等应对也存在缺陷。因而"弱化档案鉴定"的提出,并不是档案鉴定理论的升华,而如今信息社会档案鉴定更必不可少。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article, The Wrong Appraisal should be Corrected, puts forward a concept of "weakening archive appraisal" in order to correct the wrong appraisal and keep archives completely. However, in this paper there are some questions. The first, it has a vague understanding of "term", "boundary", "subject" about archive appraisal.The second, its premise is not comprehensive and its argument perspective is deviatedly exchanged from quality to quantity of archives.The third, the countermeasures of using information technology and capital investment also exist defects.Therefore, the concept of "weakening archive appraisal" is not a kind of sublimation of the appraisal theory, and the archive appraisal is indispensable in today information society.更多还原
