面向提高工程训练教学质量的校企合作模式研究与实践

【摘要】 以现代工程师核心能力培养为宗旨,面向规模化工程训练实践教学,构建"一体两线三平台"模式的校企合作机制。建设校企技术合作平台,整合企业技术资源,建设项目库、案例库,并应用于实践教学;确立配套教学改革方案,实施"三段式"实践教学模式,开展实战项目训练,显著提升学生的工程能力。

【Abstract】 Targeted for cultivation of core competencies of modern engineering talents,to serve scale engineering practical training,a novel industry-university collaboration mechanism,namely " one body,two lines,three platforms",should be framed. It is important to build industry-university technology collaboration platforms,refine industrial technology resources to construct the project database and the case database,and apply them in practical teaching. Correspondent teaching reform schemes should also be worked out to carry out the so-called " three stages" practical teaching model,to motivate competitive projectbased learning,which could markedly enhance students’ engineering capabilities.
