【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈对提高哺乳期急性乳腺炎复乳率的效果。方法成立品管圈,确立提高哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者复乳率为活动主题,进行现状调查,要因分析,拟定相应政策,并在活动中运用PDCA循环原则进行对策的实施和效果核查。结果实施品管圈后哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者复乳率从61.91%提升到88.89%。结论品管圈活动可提高哺乳期急性乳腺炎复乳率,并有利于提高护士工作的主动性和解决问题的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the effect of the Quality Control Circle activity on the recovery nursing rate in acute lactational mastitis patients. Methods Quality control circle is established based on the theme of improving the rate of recovery nursing of acute mastitis patients during lactation,through cross-sectional investigation and factor analysis,and the results is verified by the application of PDCA circulation principle as well as strategy implementation. Results The rate of recovery nursing of acute mastitis patients during lactation has been increased from 61. 91% to 88. 89% by the application of Quality control circle. Conclusion Quality Control Circle can increase the rate of recovery nursing of acute mastitis patients during lactation and improve the nurses’ work initiative and the ability of resolving clinical problem.更多还原
