前列益康胶囊水提取工艺的优选
Optimization of Water Extraction Technology in Qianlieyikang Capsule
【摘要】 目的优选前列益康胶囊的水提取工艺条件。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以盐酸小檗碱含量和蒙花苷含量为考察指标,对水提取工艺进行优选,采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱和蒙花苷含量。结果通过正交试验法实验得到最佳水提取工艺条件为加水8倍量,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论优选的提取工艺合理稳定,重现性良好,为前列益康胶囊的质量控制和开发利用提供了实验依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the water extraction technology of Qianlieyikang Capsule. Method L9( 34) orthogonal design was used to select optimum extraction technology,the content of berberine and linarin were regarded as the detection index and were determined by HPLC. Result Optimal extraction technology was as follows: extracted 3times with 8 times the amount of water,every time for 1. 5 hour. Conclusion This extraction technology was reasonable,stable and feasible for the extraction of Qianlieyikang Capsule. Provided the experimental basis for the quality control,development and exploitationexploitation and utilizationutilization.
