【摘要】 吴敏教授认为,邪热内蕴脏腑为痤疮发生最主要因素,风热熏蒸,上壅肌肤;或血热气盛上壅,夹湿夹毒,壅于肌肤;或湿毒郁滞,不能外宣,郁而化热,热盛肉腐;或气血运行失常,瘀血阻滞;或运化失健,酿生湿浊,湿聚成痰,凝滞肌肤等均可导致痤疮。根据多年临床经验,采用五脏辨证的方法对痤疮进行辨证,并根据所辨之证型选方用药,运用内外兼治的方法,病证结合,并研制出痤疮灵、归白面膜等经验方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor WU Min thought that the most important factor of the occurrence of acne was that pathogenic heat was contained in zang-fu. Other factors were that heat and wind was fumigated and obstructed on the skin; or the blood was heated and qi was rising to be obstructed on the skin,with evil and poisonous qi; or the evil and poisonous qi was obstructed and cannot be released,then heat was formed and then fresh was rotten; or the qi-blood circulation was abnormal and c ongestion appeared; or the transportation and transformation were imbalanced,and turbid dampness was produced,and then phlegm was formed,the obstruction of which can lead to acne. According to years of clinical experience,Professor Wu Min differentiated the syndrome of acne based on the differentiation of the five internal organs,and on the basis of differentiation,prescription was chosen; he combined the internal and external therapy as well as disease and syndrome,and developed empirical formula such as "Cuo Chuang Ling""Gui Bai Mian Mo"to treat the disease.更多还原
