一种花菁类染料的合成与光谱性能分析

【摘要】 合成了一种花菁类染料1,3,3,3’,3’-五甲基-1’-异丙基苯并[e]吲哚三甲川花菁的六氟磷酸盐。通过FT-IR,1H NM R对其结构进行表征,利用UV-Vis和FT-IR研究了在该花菁的乙醇溶液中加入金属离子时其紫外可见光谱的变化,探讨了变化的原因,并研究了该花菁在紫外光辐射后增色的性能。结果表明:在花菁的乙醇溶液中随着Fe3+离子浓度增加,330 nm处的小吸收峰会逐渐增强;而加入Cu2+离子会使所有吸收峰强度都增加,但是当Cu2+离子的浓度达到0.8×10-5mol/L时,继续增加Cu2+浓度,反而会使吸光度减小。红外光谱的检测也进一步说明该花菁与Cu2+、Fe3+的作用是不同的,Fe3+离子的加入会促使其和溶剂分子间氢键增强,该花菁染料的溶液浓度越大,增色效应越灵敏。

【Abstract】 Hexafluorophosphate of 1’-isopropyl-1,3,3,3’,3’-pentamethylbenzo [e]iodole trimethine cyanine w as synthesized. The structure of cyanine dye w as characterized by FT-IR and1 H NM R. The influence of metal ions adding to ethanol solution of the cyanine dye on the UV spectrum w as studied and its potential reasons w ere explored as w ell. The hyperchromic effect of UV rays on the cyanine dye w as studied w ith UV spectroscopy. The results have show n that the absorbance of the UV-Vis spectrum of the cyanine dye at 330 nm increased w hen adding titanium ions to ethanol solution of the cyanine dye. While the absorbance of all the bands w ould increase before the concentration of the added copper ions reached 0. 8 × 10- 5mol / L. After that,the absorbance only decreased. FT-IR spectrometry further strengthened that the interactions betw een the molecules of the cyanine dye and titanium ions or copper ions w ere different. The hydrogen bonds betw een the molecules of the cyanine dye and alcohol became stronger after adding titanium ions. The hyperchromic effect increased w ith increasing concentration of the cyanine dye.
