【摘要】 "生产运营管理"是工商管理本科专业的主要核心课程和学位课程之一。近年来,该课程的教学内容发生了多方面的变化,作为应用型本科院校,区别于学术性大学和高职高专,课程设置需要有明确的培养定位。文章提出了由课堂理论教学、实验室仿真教学、现场认知教学、课设实践教学等环节组成的"立体式"课程教学体系,即:在扎实开展课堂教学的同时,尽可能地利用专业软件、实习基地、社会调研等方式或渠道丰富实践教学环节。教学实践证明,该教学体系无论在提高学生知识掌握水平方面还是在增强学生实际动手能力方面都有明显效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Operation management is the core course for undergraduate business administration majors. In recent years,the teaching content has changed dramatically. For application-oriented universities,curriculum need to have a clear positioning,which is quite different from those for academic universities and higher vocational colleges. After years of exploration,we put forward a course teaching system consisting of classroom teaching,field teaching,laboratory simulation and practice teaching by which teachers can enrich practical teaching by using professional software,practice bases,social research and so on.
