【Abstract】 Small and medium private construction enterprises play an important role in increasing revenues,relieving the employment pressure and supporting national economic development.Therefore,this paper analyzes the risk culture of small and medium private construction enterprises from the following five aspects such as organization,human resources,finance,security and technology.In the above risk culture fence system,the organization risk culture is regarded as the hub,the human risk culture being as the center,the finance risk culture being as the support,the security risk culture being as the guarantee,and the technology risk culture being as the driving power.The research aims at enhancing the core competitiveness,elevating the soft power and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of private construction enterprises.更多还原
