【Abstract】 Transformation of the local universities,launch of the teacher’s certificate examination reform,and the promulgation of Standards for IT Application Capability of Primary and Middle School Teachers … all these require that both primary and middle school teachers be ready for higher educational technology. It is necessary,therefore,that changes be made to curriculum objectives,knowledge structure and the teaching practice system of modern educational technology.
