【Abstract】 Nowadays, admission of innovative students into top higher education institutions mainly includes the following ways: the college entrance examination, recommended entrance, independent recruitment. The content of examination mainly relates to the comprehensive quality and potential of development. The problem that exists in the admission of top-notch innovative talents mainly lies in the inadequate student resources, the undifferentiated examination content and form, and the unsoundness of talent evaluation system.
