【Abstract】 Knowledge synergism which covers the knowledge flow, sharing and transaction process of sup-ply chainis the advanced form of knowledge management. Knowledge synergism contract model for uniform dis-tribution demand and decentralized decision-making structure of supply chain is discussed in this paper. Theoptimal procurement quantity and relationship coefficient are designed to balance between the supplier and themanufacturer for benefit-risk allocation in this model.These parametersinteract to achieve the purpose of knowl-edge synergism and promote spontaneous adjustment of partners’ behaviors.更多还原
