【Abstract】 Reliability verification tests proposed in literatures at home and abroad are based on the assumption that the life of products obeys exponential distribution while the test standards are not applicable for the majority of machinery and electronic products. Aiming at solving this problem,according to the sequential sampling test of electronic products and the sequential test theory under the exponential distribution,this paper derived the reliability sequential validation test plan for Weibull distributions and focused on the comparison of test results under different scheme,which provides theoretical guidance for sequential compliance test of Weibull life model products.更多还原
