【摘要】 相对于目前国内8杠杆机械天平结构的小口径枪弹动态称重模式,采用电磁力平衡式称量原理的高速动态称重技术具有称量稳定,动态响应速度快,精度高、产品数据自动记录、快速校调和标定等特点。为了保证枪弹高速称量的准确性、稳定性和可靠性,重点对枪弹称重动态检重称的物流传输形式、动态称重算法、动态称重约束条件进行了研究。该动态称重技术目前经过生产运行,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scaling through mechanical eight-lever balance is the main method of weighing small caliber bullets interiorly. Comparatively,the technology using electromagnetic force balance sensor of high-speed dynamic weighing has more advantages in good stability,rapid dynamic response,high accuracy,automatic data recording,easy adjustment and calibration,etc. To assure the accuracy,stability and reliability of the result,the form of transmission,the arithmetic and restriction of dynamic weighing were discussed mainly in this topic.
