基于AMESim的液压举升系统特性研究
Characteristics Research of Hydraulic Lifting System Based AMESim
【摘要】 为了在一定高度和角度范围内平稳的举升车载雷达天线,提出了液压驱动方案;通过对液压系统的设计和关键参数的计算,确定了执行机构的尺寸和电机功率;通过AMESim软件建立了举升机构与液压系统的仿真模型,通过液压缸主要参数的曲线分析,结果表明:该液压系统使举升过程平稳,为实验及应用提供了有利的参考。
【Abstract】 In order to lift radar antenna in car to a certain height and angle range,a hydraulic drive solution was proposed. The size and motor power of actuator were determined by the design of the hydraulic system and the calculating of the key parameters. The simulation model of the lifting mechanism and the hydraulic system were built by AMESim software. The results show that,through the curve analysis of the main parameters of the hydraulic cylinder,the lifting system enables a smooth process and provides a favorable reference for experiments and applications.
