铁路客车轴箱轴承接触润滑机理

【摘要】 基于铁路客车轴箱弹性系统多界面模拟平台,建立轴箱轴承弹性脂润滑模型,研究了不同运行工况下轴箱轴承的润滑性能及规律。结果表明:在给定工况条件下,铁路客车轴箱及轮轴变形会导致2套轴承径向接触载荷分布不均;在各影响因素中,轴挠曲对轴承润滑的影响较小,运行速度对润滑性能影响较大;随着载荷的增加,最小油膜厚度减小,最大润滑接触应力增大,可能导致边界润滑状态。

【Abstract】 The elastic grease lubricated model for axle box bearing is built based on elastic system multi- interface simulation platform for axle box of passenger train,and the lubricating property and rule of axle box bearing are investigated under different operating conditions. The results show that the non- uniform of radial loads of two bearings could be caused by deformation of axle box and axle of passenger train under the given operating condition. Among the various influential factors,the shaft deflection has little influence on lubrication of bearing,and the effect of operating speed on lubricating performance is larger. The minimum oil film thickness decreases and the maximum lubrication contact pressure increases with the increase of load,which easily lead to boundary lubrication regime.
