烤烟生物量发生潜能对干旱胁迫的响应机制

【摘要】 应用生物量潜能概念代表烤烟栽培初期烟株生物量发生能力,通过盆栽试验,研究烤烟生物量发生潜能对干旱胁迫的响应机制。结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下,烟株生物量的发生随着干旱胁迫程度的加深而明显受到抑制,一定的干旱胁迫有利于根比重的形成,但胁迫程度加深,根比重将受到严重影响。复水后,烟株地下部生物量发生潜能明显提高,一定程度上弥补了干旱胁迫对生物量抑制的影响,当干旱胁迫严重时,烟株生物量潜能是很难恢复到最佳状态的。

【Abstract】 Application of biomass potential concept on behalf of the tobacco plant biomass generating capacity at the beginning of flue-cured tobacco cultivation,through pot experiment research flue-cured tobacco biomass potential response to drought stress.The results showed that the occurrence of tobacco plant biomass significantly suppressed with the degree of drought stress under the condition of drought stress,drought stress is beneficial to the formation of root proportion,but drought stress level increases,the root proportion will be severely affected.After re-watering,tobacco plant below ground biomass potential increased significantly,to some extent compensate for the effects of drought stress on biomass suppression,when drought stress severe,tobacco plant biomass potential is difficult to return to the best.
