【摘要】 面对当前社会廉政建设的新形势,权力机关及重要岗位在廉政活动与实践中对专业型人才的要求越来越高。通过廉政管理学学科的建设可以加强纪检监察领域的人才队伍培养,改善廉政管理的现状。在对廉政管理学概念进行深刻解读的基础上,探讨并分析了廉政管理学理论架构的基本点,并提出构建廉政管理学理论可借鉴的相关学科的理论成果,为廉政管理学学科的建立做了初步的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the new trend of building a clean government,an increasing number of professional personnel with high quality were deeply requested by authority and important positions in the independent activities and practice. Constructing the discipline of clean government management can enhance personnel training in the field of discipline inspection and supervision and improve the status of clean government management. Based on the deep analysis of the concept of the discipline of clean government management,the basic points of developing the theory about were discussed and analyzed. On this basis,this paper explored the theoretical achievements of the discipline which can be learnt from related disciplines to do preliminary exploration for the establishment of this discipline.更多还原
