【摘要】 近年来,我国把人才培养上升为国家战略高度,各高校在人才培养方面也进行了积极有益的探索与实践,成果丰硕。然而,在工程型人才培养方面,我国本科高等教育仍存在许多缺陷。因此,研究以学校信息电子学院为例,立足国情及学校自身的特点,从教学内容、教学方法和手段、实践教学基地建设、师资队伍建设和科技竞赛等方面研究高校工程型人才培养模式,探索高校工程型人才培养的规律和有效途径。研究成果可为其他高校工程型人才培养提供可借鉴的经验和实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the talent training in China has risen to the national strategic height and various colleges and universities have got fruitful achievements. But there are still many defects in project-type talent training. So, taking the Information Electronic Institute as an example and based on the situation of our country, this paper studies the project-type talent training mode from many aspects such as teaching content, teaching method, practical teaching base construction, teaching staff construction and science and technology competition. It tries to explore the patterns and effective ways of the talent training. The research results can provide some referential experience and examples for the other colleges and universities.更多还原
