猪α+γ共表达干扰素在不同家蚕品种中的表达
Co-expression of porcine IFN-α+γ in different silkworm varieties of expression
【摘要】 本实验拟探索猪α+γ复合型干扰素(IFN-α+γ)共表达重组杆状病毒r Bm NPV(Bm-α+γ)在不同家蚕品种中的表达效率,以期筛选出较适合共表达猪IFN-α+γ的家蚕品种。实验分别对24个原种和7对杂交种共38个家蚕品种的蚕蛹接种重组杆状病毒r Bm NPV(Bm-α+γ),然后利用ELISA方法对猪IFN-α进行表达量检测和比较。结果显示不同家蚕品种对猪α干扰素的表达不同,日系原种的表达量要高于中系原种,且日系×中系杂交种组合普遍高于中系×日系杂交组合。
【Abstract】 The aim was to investigate the expression level of recombinant gene IFN-α+γ in different Bombyx mori varieties,so as to screen out the B.mori varieties suitable for the foreign gene expression.The recombinant Bm NPV are injected into 38 kinds of pupae species(including 24 kinds of original breeds and 7 paires of hybrid cultivars) respectively.Then,the expression of antigen is detected by ELISA method and compared.The expression level of Alpha interferon differed in different B.mori varieties,Japanese native species are better than Chinese.The combinations of Japanese×Chinese are also better than Chinese×Japanese.
