GXY-2BT型地质勘探钻机及双层岩芯筒取芯技术在地铁勘察项目中的应用

【摘要】 介绍GXY-2BT型地质勘探钻机与双层岩芯管取芯技术在青岛地铁M1号线工程岩土详细勘察阶段中的应用。青岛地铁M1号线"永年路站~兴国路站"线路穿越牛毛山主体,距地表0.3 m~2.0 m处即揭露中等~微风化硬质岩石,且勘探平均设计孔深达54.6 m。在工民建勘察中广泛应用的XY-1型钻机由于动力配置较差、单层岩芯管采芯率低等问题,难以满足工期及技术要求。为此,选取GXY-2型地质勘探钻机及双层岩芯管取芯技术进行勘探作业,并对其技术性、经济性、工效等指标与XY-1型钻机进行对比分析。现场应用情况及综合指标性能对比分析结果表明,GXY-2型地质勘探钻机及双层岩芯管取芯技术具有更好的现场适用性。

【Abstract】 Application of GXY-2BT type geological exploration rig and double cylinder coring technology in Qingdao metro line M1 survey project are introduced in this paper. Line "Yongnian road station to Xingguo road station"is one part of Qingdao metro line M1,which crosses through Niumao mountain body. Hard rock of weathering degree between middle to slight is exposed 0. 3 to 2. 0 meter from the surface and design depth of exploration drilling reaches 54. 6 m.Although is widely used in industrial and civil buildings survey projects,XY-1 type drilling rig is implacable to meet period and technology demand owing to its weak power arrangement and low core taking rate. For this purpose,GXY-2BT type geological exploration rig and double cylinder coring technology are used in field exploration operations,and indexes including technicality,economy and work efficiency are analyzed and compared with XY-1 type drilling rig. The application and comprehensive performance comparison results show that GXY-2BT type geological exploration rig and double cylinder coring technology have better applicability in the field. Achieved results will provide certain guiding significance to organization of exploration operation in sections of similar geological conditions.
