数据传输模块在LabWindows/CVI编程中的延时处理

【摘要】 针对当前计算机RS-232串口逐渐取消,使用USB-UART接口转换设计时出现数据发送与反馈出错的问题,结合现有电路以及芯片内部结构给出问题原因分析;结合通信转换模块电路,采用示波器对发送与接收数据进行波形采集,观察并对比示波器采集到的数据类型转换前后的波形;发现发送及反馈出错的原因在于使用USB-UART设计时的数据传输时序问题,最终给出在上位机编程发送数据后添加短延时处理的解决方案,并通过改进前后的实验波形得到验证.

【Abstract】 In recent years,the RS-232 serial port is cancelled gradually,when the design of USB to UART Interface conversion is used,some problems of data transmission and feedback are found.In view of it,combined with the existing circuit and the internal structure of the chip,the analysis of the causes has been given.Then combined with the communication conversion module circuit,the paper used the oscilloscope waveform acquisition for sending and receiving data.And the input and output waveform of data type conversion received by the oscilloscope is observed and compared.The reason for sending and feedback error has been found.The time series of data transmission has problems during USB-UART design.Finally,the solution that add short time delay processing in PC programming data transmission has been given.And it also has been verified by improved experimental waveforms.
