【摘要】 目的探讨2012—2013年山东省威海市院前急救疾病谱的流行病学特征。方法根据2012年1月1日至2013年12月31日威海市120指挥中心威海市立医院急救站受理的急救患者为调查对象,以疾病谱、发病日期、就诊时间、发病季节等作为调查指标,将统计数据进行分析。结果 2012—2013年威海市立医院急救站共有7 843例患者接受院前急救,其中,男性4 103例,女性3 740例;年龄30~50岁的患者占54.35%。疾病谱排序为交通意外伤害、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、消化系统疾病(腹泻)、酒精中毒、呼吸系统疾病、晕厥、急性中毒等。结论威海市院前急救有自身的特征,应避免非急诊患者占用急救资源,加强执业人员的业务培训,强化急救队伍建设,提高院前抢救成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital emergency disease spectrum in Weihai from 2012 to 2013. Methods Based on emergency patients at emergency station of Weihai municipal hospital from2012 to 2013,we put the data of disease spectrum,the date of onset,treatment time,onset season as investigation index for statistical analysis. Results A total of 7 843 people received pre-hospital emergency treatment at the first-aid station in Weihai municipal hospital,including 4 103 male,3 740 female,among which 30 ~ 50 years old accounted for 54. 35%. The sort of disease spectrum were as follows: traffic accident injury,cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease,digestive system disease( diarrhea),alcohol poisoning,respiratory system disease,syncope and acute poisoning. Conclusion Prehospital emergency care in Weihai area has the epidemiological characteristics of itself. Efforts should be made to avoid nonemergency patients exploiting emergency resources,to strengthen the training of medical staffs,to strengthen the work of emergency team,and to improve the success rate of pre-hospital rescue.更多还原
