【摘要】 本文旨在通过对湘潭市流动人口的实地调查和文献分析法所获得的资料,以数据分析为基础,总结出湘潭市流动人口的基本特征,研究对象是流入到湘潭市的人口,主要以农民工群体为主。以湘潭市流动人口的问卷调查所获得的数据分析为基础,结合政府在流动人口社会管理中存在的问题,创造性地提出流动人口社会管理的方法和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the floating population in Xiangtan city from the authentic details acquired through field investigation of the floating population in Xiangtan city and literature analysis on the basis of data analysis. The research subjects are the population flowing into Xiangtan city, migrant workers are in the majority. Measures and suggestions of polulation management are creatively proposed based on the data analysis from the questionnaires of floating population in Xiangtan city combined with the problems existed in floating population management by the government.更多还原
