【Abstract】 Based on the perspective of constructing the Silk Road economic belt, and the research on the theoretical interpretation and path exploration of the convergence of "One Belt and One Road", the paper proposes a fundamental framework of a key portal to openness, a pilot project for industrial cooperation, and an international transportation hub. It also reviews and summarizes the practices of building the Silk Road economic belt into an Oriental bridgehead, and discusses how to accelerate the construction of its convergence with an "innovative cooperation mode".更多还原
