【摘要】 完善的旅游公共服务体系是旅游业发达程度的重要标志之一,能否为外国游客提供成熟的旅游公共服务体系是评价能否成为国际旅游目的地的重要考量。通过构建城市旅游公共服务体系满意度评价假设模型,并以苏州旅游城市为研究对象,实证研究外国游客对中国城市旅游公共服务体系满意度评价,研究发现:(1)旅游接待服务、交通便捷服务、公共信息服务、安全保障服务和游憩便利服务是影响满意度的直接重要因素;(2)接待服务对苏州旅游公共服务体系满意度评价影响程度最大,其路径系数为0.79,其次为交通便捷服务和公共信息服务,路径系数分别为0.40和0.35,安全保障服务和游憩便利服务影响程度相对较小;(3)行政监督服务对公共信息服务、游憩便利服务、安全保障服务和交通便捷服务有直接正向作用,间接影响外国游客对苏州旅游公共服务体系满意度感知评价。最后,提出了完善城市旅游公共服务体系的相关对策,实现创设健康有序的旅游公共服务市场的目标,提高我国旅游业国际竞争力和地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 A sound travel public service system is one of the most important indicators of the levels of development of the tourism industry. To promote countermeasures for enhancing the urban tourism public service system,creating a healthy and orderly tourism public service market,and improving the international status and competitiveness of the tourism industry of China,This study empirically evaluates the satisfaction of foreign tourists of the Chinese urban tourism public service system in Suzhou,China with AMOS. The model is composed of nine hypotheses regarding Tourist reception,convenient transportation,public information,security protection,recreation convenience services,and Administrative oversight. With a cross-sectional survey,all hypotheses are supported.The result shows tourist reception,convenient transportation,public information,security protection,and recreation convenience services are direct and important factors that affect satisfaction. Administrative oversight service has direct positive effects on public information,recreation convenience,security protection,and transportation convenience services and indirect effects on the perception evaluation of the satisfaction of foreign tourists.更多还原
