火电厂小汽轮机排汽连接方式的改进与定量分析
Exhaust connection improvement method and its quantitative analysis for small-sized steam turbine in thermal power plant
【摘要】 针对中国大型火电机组小汽轮机排汽连接方式存在的问题进行相应的改进,提出改进后的热经济性计算方法。以国产600 MW超临界机组为例,应用热力系统简捷计算法和等效热降法对改进后的小汽轮机排汽连接系统进行定量计算。研究结果表明,小汽轮机排汽连接方式改进后能有效地提高电厂机组运行的经济性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,improvement for the exhaust connection of small-sized steam turbine in large thermal power units was proposed,and the improved calculation method of thermal economy was presented.Based on the home-made 600 MW super-critical unit,the improved exhaust connection system was quantitatively calculated with the application of simplified calculation method and equivalent heat drop method.Research results showed that the new exhaust connection method of small-sized steam turbine can improve effectively the operation economy of the power plant.
